Raymond F. Williams // President.
Raymond Williams brings more than 30 years of business experience to his position as president of US Aircraft Corporation (USAC), including 25 years in military contracting. He is the founder and president of US Technology Corporation (UST) and USAC. UST is a leading provider of media abrasives to the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Williams is an entrepreneur by trade and focuses his business efforts on providing solutions through innovative concepts. Mr. Williams has secured multiple patents and oversees other subsidiaries and divisions within a family of aerospace companies.
John D. Eisenhut // Vice President.
Mr. Eisenhut has over 30 years of manufacturing setup and management experience. As an engineer, manager and businessman he has worked with multi-million dollar budgets, established and managed new operations within a fortune 500 company and operated his own tool and die company.
Brigadier General Charles Jones // Consultant.
Retired Brigadier General Charles Jones is a 30-year veteran of the military and provides a critical skill set to the US Aircraft management team as a consultant. During his tenure with the United States Air Force, he served as a TAC Fighter Wing Commander, Wing Deputy Commander of Operations, SOF Group Commander, Chief of an Aircraft Maintenance Division, Wing Chief of Maintenance and is a graduate of the Air War College. Jones also draws from his additional experience in Special Operations, Close Air Support, ECM Reconnaissance, Tactical and Strategic Airlift and Aircraft Maintenance Flight Test.
Dennis Cassette // Consultant.
Mr. Dennis Cassette has over 39 years in acquisition, requirement generation, and development of aeronautical weapon systems. Mr. Cassette’s experience covers both aircraft (fighters, bombers and cargo) and missile development programs through all phases of the acquisition process: requirement generation, modeling and simulation, concept definition, critical design, production readiness, configuration audits, flight test, deployments, sustainment, and new industrial processes. Having retired from WPAFB in 2006 as the Director of Engineering and Technical Management Directorate Mr. Cassette has a proven record on programs. As a retired Senior Level Executive Service (SES) he has provided overall technical management for the development and support of major weapons systems across the aeronautical enterprise with annual expenditures of more than $10 billion. Including, developing and deploying systems engineering tool set built around airworthiness and weapon system integrity. Mr. Cassette also conceived and implemented an extremely successful Test and Evaluation process for priority and technical complicated in exploratory and advanced development. Successful in programs such as C-130 Gunship, IRCM Countermeasures, Airborne Laser Lab, FS-X, F-16, B-2, C-17, F-22, and new development initiatives.

Aerospace Technologies Associates, LLC (ATA) is comprised of senior management/technical professionals who provide program management, systems engineering and technical advice, including domain experience and analysis, in the area of aerospace technologies, from materials to systems development and sustainment. These seasoned professionals are Aerospace Consultants; and all are retired members of the Defense Department’s Senior Executive Service whose combined experience in the Defense business exceeds 250 years.
Dr. Vincent J. Russo, former Executive Director of Aeronautical Systems Center and former Director of the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, is Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer.
Mr. Mark K. Wilson, former Director of the Air Force Center of Systems Engineering and former Director of Engineering, C-17 System Program Office, is Chief Operating Officer.
Dr. Charles E. Browning, Professor of Materials Science and Engineering and Torely Chair in Composites at the University of Dayton and former Director of the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, is Chief Technical Officer.
Mr. Lester McFawn, former Executive Director of the Air Force Research Laboratory and former Director of Plans and Programs at Headquarters Air Force Material Command, is Secretary.
Mr. Dennis J. Cassette, former Director of Engineering and Technical Management and former Director of Engineering of the Propulsion Directorate at Aeronautical Systems Center, is Co-Director of Business Development.
Mr. John M. Griffin, former Director of Development Planning and Former Chief Systems Engineer, Engineering Directorate at Aeronautical Systems Center, is Co-Director of Business Development.
